Before We Insure Things, Logan built Wease Financial, an Allstate agency in Williamsburg, Virginia — growing sales from $2.8M to $7.6M through three acquisitions, earning top-3% recognition among Allstate agencies nationwide, and selling the agency profitably in 2021. The hiring and training systems he developed there were adopted as best practice by agencies across the country, and he has keynoted a national forum of roughly 1,300 agents.
